Home Page

The home page is where you will land after logging into the system.  There are four main sections:

·      The header which contains the page title, help button, site navigation (Home, New Approval, and Utilities), and a logout control

·      "Requests Needing your Attention".  This section shows all current requests which have been submitted and are waiting on you to approve or deny them.  If you see requests in this section, you need to take action on them.

·      "Status of your Pending Requests".  If you have any requests which were submitted but have not yet been approved or denied you will see them here.  If you click the Select button on the left you will go to the Review Request page where you look over the request, and you can also elect to Cancel the request as well.

·      "Your Historical Requests".  This shows you all of the requests you have participated in - Either as the person who submitted the request, or as someone who approved or denied the request.  Clicking on the Select link will allow you to review the request, and you will also be able to send a copy of the request to another ApprovalTrack user from this page.

Note that you can also e-mail a user by clicking on their username - This will launch your default e-mail client.
