A: Yes! ApprovalTrack is totally customizable and you can create as many different types of requests as you want. Each request can have user definable custom fields to match your exact needs and a specific type of workflow that the request has to go through before being approved.

Q: Can we get our data back should we decide to cancel our ApprovalTrack subscription?

Q: Can I create my own forms for data entry and display?
A: Yes! ApprovalTrack allows you to create forms with HTML. When you create a new Request Type (an expense report template, for example), you can either elect to enter data just using the fields, or you can create a completely custom form with HTML and make it look however you want. You can also create a separate form for displaying the data so that your users get to see exactly the information they need in the format they want.

Q: Can I attach supporting documents (like receipts or sales quotations) to the requests?
A: You can attach an unlimited number of documents to each request. These can be sales quotations to support a purchase request, receipts for an expense report, or anything else you need.

Q: Is it easy to add additional users?
A: Yes. Within ApprovalTrack, the account administrator can add new users with a few mouse clicks.

A: No. You can create as many users as you like.

A: No. The account administrator can cancel the account at anytime with no hassle.

A: No, ApprovalTrack is only licensed as a SaaS application.

A: Software as a Service (SaaS) is a model of software deployment in which an application is hosted as a service and provided to customers across the Internet. By eliminating the need to install and run the application on the customer's own computer, SaaS alleviates the customer's burden of software maintenance, ongoing operation and support. A: Yes! ApprovalTrack is hosted at a Tier 4 secure data center. All data is backed up, runs on fault resilient hardware, and the building is staffed with security around the clock. In addition, your interaction with ApprovalTrack is encrypted with SSL so that your data cannot be “sniffed”.

Q: How often is the site taken down for scheduled maintenance?
A: Scheduled maintenance is something that needs to occur from time to time but not very often. Every account will be notified of this well in advance. Any site maintenance will be conducted at off peek times, usually from 1-3AM.

Q: We have a lot of users to to sign up. Do you offer some sort of user import feature?
A: Yes. Our team will work with you to help get users imported into the system and make your life as simple as possible.
